Shortmax Subscription Charged After Cancellation

I had a Shortmax subscription in Polk City, Florida, USA, which I cancelled on March 2. Despite this, I was still billed on March 9 and again on March 16 after the cancellation date. My Shortmax account is associated with the following email addresses: rec**[email protected] and clark***[email protected]. I contacted Shortmax customer service three times by email regarding the continued billing after cancellation. Each time I received only a standard reply stating there were technical difficulties and that they would respond soon, but I have not received any real answer or resolution so far. I request the immediate closure and final cancellation of my Shortmax account and subscription, and a full refund of the amounts charged after cancellation on March 9 and March 16. I also expect written confirmation that my subscription has been permanently cancelled and that no further charges will be taken.
