Canceling ShortMax - Watch Dramas & Show Subscription

I have a subscription with Shortmax under the user ID 201130192 and the name Yessy Hd**, and I have been trying to cancel it for about a week. Despite my attempts, I am still unable to cancel my subscription, and Shortmax continues to charge me. I contacted Shortmax customer service about this issue, but I was told that they have too many issues to resolve, and my problem has not been properly handled or resolved. In the meantime, the charges are still being taken even though I clearly do not want to continue the service. I request the immediate cancellation of my Shortmax subscription and that no further charges be made from now on. I also want written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled.
