DramaWave Charged Me After My Child Accidentally Subscribed

I’m absolutely stunned and frustrated with the charges made by the DramaWave app. My 10-year-old daughter accidentally subscribed through a pop-up screen while using the app, and without my knowledge or consent, my card was charged multiple times. Specifically, I was billed 3 to 4 times in a row — ₺229, ₺299, and more — totaling ₺1030. I had no idea this was happening until I checked my statement.

What kind of system allows back-to-back purchases without proper confirmation or parental controls in place? And if a subscription has already been purchased, why does the app continue pushing new pop-up offers? This design seems manipulative and targeted at vulnerable users.

I submitted a request to cancel the subscription and get my money back, but it was rejected. We never used the service, and these purchases were clearly made by mistake. I’m demanding a full refund immediately and urging DramaWave to revise its billing practices to prevent situations like this from happening to other families.
