ShortMax Refund And Cancellation

I had a weekly subscription with Shortmax linked to my Visa debit card under account number 133141***. I cancelled this subscription around 25 March 2026, yet Shortmax has continued to take payments from my card. Despite the cancellation, I have been charged for two additional weeks, one payment of £11.37 and another of £14.91. These amounts were taken after the date I cancelled, and I did not consent to any further charges following my cancellation request. I have already tried to resolve this by contacting Shortmax customer service twice, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication, combined with the continued charges, is very frustrating. I request that the unjustified charges of £14.99 and £19.99 be fully refunded to my Visa debit card and that my subscription be confirmed as cancelled so that no further payments are taken in the future.
