Shortmax Charging Me For Subscription I Cancelled

I hold a Bank of America card and I am being repeatedly charged by a company shown on my statement as “Shortmax Innovati”. These charges of 19.99 have been appearing every week since January, even though I cancelled my Shortmax subscription on December 18, 2025. I did not authorize any further payments after that date. After noticing that the charges were continuing, I tried to find a way to contact Shortmax but could not reach the company through any channel. I then contacted Bank of America and informed them that the subscription had already been cancelled and that the weekly charges were unauthorized. I was told that the issue would be taken care of, but the charges have continued and nothing has been resolved so far. I request a full refund of all 19.99 charges taken from my card since January and the immediate and permanent stopping of all future charges from Shortmax Innovati. I expect this situation to be investigated and corrected urgently, as I have clearly cancelled the subscription and have been charged against my will for several weeks.
