Shortmax Innovations Subscription Cancelled But Still Charged

I had a subscription with Shortmax Innovations that I cancelled on 4 March. Despite this, I was still charged afterwards, which I find unacceptable. After the cancellation, I was charged again on 30 March and 5 April, with a total amount of 400 NOK. I sent them an email regarding these unauthorized charges, but I have not received any response so far. I am using this subscription from Norway. I request that Shortmax Innovations immediately cancel my subscription completely and refund the total amount of 400 NOK that has been charged after my cancellation.
