ShortMax Innovation Subscription Cannot Cancel

I have an active subscription with ShortMax Innovation that I pay for by credit card, and despite several attempts I have not been able to cancel it myself. I previously tried to cancel the subscription and was unsuccessful, and when I tried again today I still could not complete the cancellation through my phone. My name is Barbara S*** and the last four digits of the card used for this subscription are 1174. Since I am unable to cancel through the usual channels, I am asking ShortMax Innovation to urgently cancel my subscription and stop any future charges, and to refund the fees that were charged for the periods when I tried but was unable to cancel.
