Shopify Package Marked Delivered But Never Received

I used 17track to follow my shipment with tracking number UL208972461YP, which I ordered through a Shopify store for a total of 65 USD. On June 9, 2026, the tracking information started showing the parcel as delivered, but I have not received anything at my address. After noticing this, I contacted 17track support about the “delivered but not received” issue, but I have not received any response from them yet. I also contacted the seller, who only told me that he would ask “his man” what happened, without providing any concrete information or solution. I expect this situation to be resolved by arranging a reshipment of my order, since I never received the package even though it is marked as delivered. I request that this be investigated properly and that my order be resent to me as soon as possible.
