I Ordered from Aylora on Shopify but Received No Product or Email Response

I placed an order through the Aylora online store hosted on Shopify and completed the payment in full. It has now been 7 days since the order was placed, and I haven’t received any update, shipping confirmation, or tracking information.
I’ve tried reaching out to Aylora multiple times via email, but they haven’t responded to a single message. There’s no working phone number or other clear communication channel available either, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I feel completely ignored and left without any support as a paying customer.
I’m requesting immediate clarification regarding the status of my order. If the item is not going to be shipped right away, I demand a full refund. Shopify should not allow sellers to go silent after taking people’s money. I expect this issue to be addressed urgently and professionally.
