Order Not Delivered or Refunded from Shopify-Linked Store Arctic
On September 7, I placed an order from a Shopify-linked store named Arctic, but the item has never been shipped or delivered. Despite reaching out to their Gmail address (e*****************@gmail.com), I have received no response, and my refund has not been processed.
Additionally, I am unable to access the Shopify store’s website anymore, as it seems to be down. This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable. I demand the immediate refund of my payment. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action to pursue my rights. Shopify should also ensure better accountability for the stores operating on its platform. This experience has been extremely frustrating.
