How Can I Reach Shopify Customer Service

Hello, I made a purchase from the Shopify store "Kendinetasarla" and have been waiting 12 days without any response. I am sharing my experience here to prevent others from falling into the same situation. Despite paying ₺550, I have received no updates or communication regarding my order.
This lack of customer service and transparency is completely unacceptable. My hard-earned money feels wasted on a store that doesn’t seem to prioritize its customers. I expect an immediate resolution and either a delivery of my order or a full refund.
I hope this issue is resolved soon, and I urge the store to improve its communication and service. This experience has been extremely frustrating.
