Complaint Regarding Shopier Account Review Process And Delayed Funds

I am the owner of the Shopier store named “susujeek”. My account was suspended for review on May 5, 2026, following my digital product sales, and from that date my balance and payments have been put on hold. As requested by your team, I have provided all the necessary documentation, including proof of sales, sourcing of the digital products, and delivery confirmations. I sent these documents via email on May 5, 2026, at 17:42. Despite submitting all the requested information promptly, I have not received any response or update regarding the status of my account. In addition, the payment for Order #717488314 and my remaining balance have still not been transferred to my bank account. Since I sell digital goods, the products have already been delivered to the customers, but I remain unable to access my funds, which is causing serious financial difficulties for me and creating uncertainty for my clients. I kindly request that my documents be reviewed urgently, my store “susujeek” be reactivated without further delay, and all outstanding payments, including the amount related to Order #717488314, be transferred to my bank account as soon as possible.
