Shopier Keeps $330 in Seller Account Without Justification

I have been using a seller account named “aslancomtr” on Shopier, and on January 19, 2026 my account was suspended without any justification being provided. At the time of the suspension, there was a balance of approximately $330 USD (14,375 TL) in my account. I had shipped all orders related to this amount, and the products had reached the customers, yet this balance was not paid to me. After my account was suspended, I did not receive any explanation from Shopier, neither by email nor through the seller panel. In addition, I currently cannot access my store or my data. All product and stock data in my store belong to me, and I would especially like to note that I have rights to my personal and commercial data under KVKK (Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law). Regarding this issue, I contacted Shopier via email and by phone, but even though approximately four days have passed, I have not received any response to my inquiries. I request that the $330 USD being held in my account by Shopier be paid to me, that my seller account be reactivated, or at the very least that all data belonging to my store (such as products and inventory) be provided to me in the form of an Excel file. Since I have not received any response so far, I am considering initiating legal proceedings and would like to officially record this situation.
