Shopier RP Chance Purchase Paid - Less RP

I made a payment of ₺530 today via Shopier to a seller named “pinly” in order to purchase 3625 RP. In the listing, the phrase “RP şansı” was used and, in this way, instead of offering a clear and specific product, a chance-based and gambling‑like sale was presented to the customer. As a result, in return for 3625 RP, I received the equivalent of only about ₺120 and I have been seriously aggrieved. I also know that such chance sales and gambling‑like listings are already prohibited under the platform rules. Following this problem, I contacted both the seller and Shopier. However, they tried to present the situation as an ordinary sale by calling it a “random ürün” and attempted to avoid responsibility. In fact, the transaction clearly has the characteristics of a gambling and chance‑based sale, and it is structured in a way that misleads the customer. The reference information of my purchase is the order number 112577608. From Shopier, I primarily expect the missing RP to be fully provided to me or, if this is not possible, a refund of the ₺530 I paid. In addition, I request that the account of this seller who posted the listing and the relevant listings be thoroughly investigated, that the necessary measures and sanctions be taken against accounts that mediate such gambling and chance‑based sales, and, if necessary, that the account be closed. I would like both my grievance to be resolved in this process and Shopier to exercise stricter control so that similar situations do not happen to other customers.
