Subpar Experience at Shell Rest Stop on Adana-Sanlıurfa Highway
While traveling on the Adana-Şanlıurfa highway, approximately 17-20 km before reaching Osmaniye (from the Adana direction), I stopped at your station located at the Osmaniye park area. I was disappointed to discover that the state of this station, which was associated with a reputable corporate entity such as Shell, was far from satisfactory. The restrooms were devoid of essentials such as tissue and toilet paper, and the toilet seat covers were not only missing but also inoperable. I brought this to the attention of the on-duty attendant (a woman with an open headscarf, of Mediterranean complexion, and slightly overweight). I mentioned that I don't choose Shell solely for the sake of fuel; the environment is important, and unfortunately, it wasn't up to par. She insisted, however, that everything was fine and that there were no problems. The facility I'm referring to should be obvious based on my vehicle's license plate number, 33DLV58. I plan to return to this route and hope to see improvements that meet the Shell standard. I wish you the best of luck in dealing with this situation.
