Shein Refund Not Received After Order Cancellation

I placed an order for a dress on Shein India and later cancelled this order. The order number is SH1768602986. Shein informed me that the refund for this cancelled order would be processed within 5–7 days, but it has already been 7 days and I have still not received any refund amount. I contacted Shein customer service about this issue, and they again stated that it would take 5–7 days, but even after this period passed, I have not received my money and I am not getting clear or satisfactory responses from support. This delay and lack of proper response has caused me inconvenience and loss of trust. I request that my full refund for the cancelled order SH1768602986 be processed immediately to my original mode of payment and that I be provided with a clear confirmation and timeline for the refund.
