SHEIN Delivery and Refund Problems

I made a purchase from Shein, but my order did not arrive at my home right away. Later, they created an arbitrary return request, but my refund has yet to be processed. Furthermore, the dress I ordered was for a friend's wedding, so I had to quickly purchase another dress from a different store.

It is truly shameful for such a large corporation to handle matters so poorly. I urgently request that this matter be addressed and resolved.
