I purchased a SHEGLAM lip stain online from SHEIN in Canada and received it at the beginning of this week. Shortly after using the product, I experienced a serious allergic reaction. My lips developed sores and cracks, I had a rash, and my throat felt like it was closing. This was a frightening experience and clearly not what I expect from a cosmetic product that should be safe to use. I did not seek medical help, but the severity of the symptoms has caused me to lose trust in this product and in the brand.
