Sephora Lost My Order and Never Delivered My Purchase

On November 29, 2025, I placed order number 8005000181 through the Sephora mobile app, which was supposed to be delivered to my address in Gaziantep, but it has still not reached me. My order was marked as “product lost,” and no delivery has been made to me.

When I contacted Sephora about this issue, I was told that warehouse information could not be accessed, but during this time, neither were my products resent nor was any concrete solution provided. I am experiencing inconvenience regarding this order, which has a total value of $75.

My request from Sephora is that the items in my order be resent to my address in full as soon as possible and that the entire process be communicated to me clearly and transparently.
