BC.Game KYC Issue Blocking Withdrawal and Account Access

I am experiencing a serious issue with my BC.Game account related to KYC verification and an allegation of “multi-account behavior,” which has resulted in my funds being frozen and my account being restricted. I am based in India and have been using BC.Game with balances in USDT, SOL, BC coins, and INR. Currently, more than $2,000 worth of my funds and winnings are locked in my account. I am unable to place bets or withdraw any of my money.

This situation has been ongoing for a long time and is causing me significant stress, as this is a substantial amount for me. Support informed me that there was a violation of terms and conditions. However, I want to clearly state that I respect and follow the rules of every platform I use, including BC.Game, and I am fully willing to cooperate.

I am requesting one fair opportunity to complete the KYC process again using my genuine personal documents so that my account can be properly reviewed based on my real identity and compliance.

I respectfully ask BC.Game to reconsider the current restriction, allow me to redo the KYC verification, and then make a final and fair decision regarding my account. I also request that my frozen funds—worth over $2,000—be made withdrawable or usable again based on the outcome of this re-evaluation.
