I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with my Sephora birthday coupon that has still not been resolved. On April 3, 2026, a birthday coupon was assigned to my account, but from the very first day it has been unusable. Each time I try to use it, the system displays a “coupon expired” error, even though the coupon should be valid. I attempted to use this birthday coupon multiple times, both on the Sephora mobile app and on the website from April 3, 2026, onwards, including my most recent attempt today. However, in every attempt, I received the same “coupon expired” message and could not benefit from the offer. I contacted Sephora customer service about this situation, and they first responded to me on April 20, 2026. In their response, they stated that there was a temporary issue due to system updates and stock shortages, but no effective or immediate solution was provided. As of today, the problem still persists and I remain unable to use my birthday coupon despite following up. I kindly request that my birthday coupon be activated as soon as possible or replaced with a new coupon of equal value so that I can benefit from the campaign that was promised to me.
