I’m a Sephora Black Card holder, and today is my birthday. I was expecting an email or some acknowledgment, but nothing came. When I called Sephora, they told me I couldn't get my birthday gift because it was out of stock. Seriously? How can such a big store not have a small gift available for loyal customers? This has never happened before. On top of that, the customer service representative was completely uninterested and unhelpful. I didn’t even get a simple birthday wish!
