As a Sephora Black Card member, I was expecting my birthday gift and a 10% discount to be provided as part of the membership perks. However, I received no email or SMS notification about these offers. I was informed that I could pick up my birthday gift in-store, but visiting a store isn’t convenient for me at this time. It’s disappointing that, despite my membership level, these benefits were not applied or communicated. I am requesting that Sephora send my birthday gift via email and ensure my 10% discount is properly applied. This lack of communication and missed benefits diminishes the value of the Black Card membership, and I hope for a prompt resolution.
