1win Crypto Withdrawal Stuck Processing USDT TRC20 and TRX
I am experiencing a serious issue with cryptocurrency withdrawals on 1win, specifically involving USDT (TRC20) and TRX. Several hours ago, on the same day I submitted my withdrawal requests, the transactions became stuck, and there has been no progress since then. Both in the app and on the website, the withdrawal status continuously shows “Processing,” with no error messages or updates, but the transactions remain pending for hours without completion.
The total amount currently pending in these withdrawals is approximately 400,000 RUB, which equals roughly 4,000–4,500 USDT depending on the exchange rate. I have contacted 1win customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but I have only received generic responses advising me to wait, without any clear explanation for the delay or a concrete solution.
This situation is highly concerning and has significantly affected my trust in the platform. I expect 1win to urgently process and complete all my pending cryptocurrency withdrawal transactions and provide a clear and detailed explanation for the delay. I also request that measures be implemented to prevent similar issues in the future and, if applicable, that I be compensated for the inconvenience and extended waiting time caused by this problem.

Support finally reached out after I posted this complaint. They explained that there were technical delays on the payment provider’s side, which caused all these withdrawals to get stuck. They gave me an ETA for when everything would be completed, and the money arrived exactly at that time. Still a bit frustrating, but all’s well that ends well.
