FindandLoc Payment Dispute Unauthorized Subscription Charge

On 26 April 2026, a payment of 152 AED was taken from my E&money card in Abu Dhabi by an app/service called FindandLoc without my permission and without my knowledge. I have never registered for FindandLoc before, have not started any free trial, and have not knowingly clicked on any link or advertisement to subscribe to this service, yet this amount was withdrawn from my card around 11 pm. This charge is clearly unauthorized, and I did not approve any subscription or recurring payment to FindandLoc. I am very uncomfortable that my card was charged in this way without my consent. I request a full refund of the 152 AED taken from my E&money card, the immediate cancellation of any membership or subscription that may have been started in my name, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card without my explicit approval.
