Hello Yo Support Not Responding to Blacklisted Account Issue


I am a Hello Yo user from India, and my account with ID 1545001323 has been blacklisted for a long time, approximately one year. When I try to log in, I only receive a message stating that I cannot log in with this device because my account has been banned due to a serious violation. However, I have not been given any clear information or evidence explaining what this alleged violation was.
I have contacted Hello Yo support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I have not made any in-app purchases with this account, and I am not aware of doing anything that would qualify as a serious violation. For this reason, I believe the ban is unfair, or at least not properly explained.
I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the exact reason and evidence for this ban be shared with me. I respectfully ask that my Hello Yo ID 1545001323 be unblocked and that my access to the application be restored. If this is not possible, I request a clear and detailed explanation so I can understand the issue, defend myself, and avoid any similar problem in the future.
