I purchased the Mini Holographic Stick from Sephora France, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. On only the second use, the twist-up mechanism completely broke. I wasn’t rough with it—just opened and closed it normally, and it stopped working.
I understand that some products can be defective, but for a premium-priced cosmetic, this kind of issue is unacceptable. It’s absurd that a product designed to twist up can fail this quickly. The stick is now stuck inside the tube, and I can’t use it at all.
I expected much better quality from Sephora, especially for a product marketed as high-end. At the very least, the basic packaging functionality should be reliable. I’m requesting either a refund or a replacement, and I hope Sephora addresses this issue seriously—because I’m not the only one who has faced problems with faulty packaging lately. Please take accountability.
