I recently bought a Rare Beauty highlighter from Sephora, and it broke without any reason. I’m genuinely upset, as it was brand new. If it had fallen, I’d understand, but it simply crumbled in my hand. Using it in this state is difficult and far from the quality I expected. Not everyone can afford to buy a replacement, and products like this should be made sturdier to prevent disappointment. Sephora, please address this issue to prevent others from experiencing the same. I hope a solution is offered soon.🥲👍
