I sent my Sennheiser HD 450BT Wireless White Headphones to Bircom's authorized technical service due to a malfunction. I was informed on December 5, 2023, that the product could be replaced free of charge or a refund could be issued. However, due to inflation, I repeatedly informed Bircom customer service that it is impossible for me to repurchase the product even with a refund, which is entirely unjust! When I requested a free replacement for the product, they informed me that only the Black variant was in stock and that I would have to wait 4-6 weeks for the White ones to be restocked. After waiting for about 2 months, I lodged my complaint with Germany, with the request number C240126-0446.

After filing my complaint with Germany, Bircom sent me used White headphones without a safety strip! There are even lipstick marks on the headset they sent! I won't let their rudeness go unnoticed after waiting about 2 months for the issue to be resolved. Since Bircom clearly does not uphold the standards of the Sennheiser brand, I will escalate my complaint to the corporate customer service once again!

There has been no response from Bircom customer service. I also sent the evidence photos to [email protected]; again, I did not receive a reply. I feel cheated by Bircom. I reiterate my request for support to resolve the issue.
