I Face Segway ZT2 Pro False 70 Km Range Claim And Performance Issues

I purchased the Segway ZT2 Pro scooter about a month ago, mainly because the box clearly advertised a 70 km range on a full charge. However, in real use this claim is completely misleading. No matter which riding mode I use, the scooter does not come close to 70 km. In normal mode, on a full charge, it barely reaches around 20 km before overheating and switching into protection mode. At that point, the scooter loses all acceleration power and becomes very difficult to ride.

This is not what I was promised when I purchased the scooter, and I feel misled by the marketing. I did not misuse the scooter in any way; I only used it under normal road conditions. I expected a reliable long-range scooter, but instead I got a product that cannot even cover one-third of the claimed distance.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, both financially and emotionally, as I paid a premium price for a scooter based on false claims. I am ready to escalate this issue to the Consumer Court if necessary. I demand that Segway either provide a scooter that truly matches the 70 km performance they advertise or issue me a full refund. I expect immediate action to resolve this problem.
