Sebamed Baby Cleansing Bar Changed Color and Texture Before Expiry

I am writing regarding a Sebamed Baby Cleansing Bar whose texture and color have changed even though it is not expired. The production date on the box is 11/2023, and I have been storing the product for about a year. When I recently checked it, I noticed that both the color and the texture of the soap were clearly different from how it was when I purchased it. I bought this Sebamed Baby Cleansing Bar in Abu Dhabi. Since this is a baby product, the change in appearance makes me doubt its safety and quality, and I do not feel comfortable using it. I request that this product be examined and that I be provided with either a refund or a replacement for the faulty bar. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why such a change in color and texture has occurred despite the product still being within its shelf life.
