Sebamed Body Lotion Caused Rash and Redness on My Baby

On November 2, 2024, I purchased Sebamed body lotion for my baby, but I’m deeply disappointed and distressed by its effects. After just two days of use, it caused severe diaper rash and redness on my baby’s skin. My baby has been visibly uncomfortable and in pain, and it's heartbreaking to watch. For such an expensive product, I expected much better quality, especially one marketed as gentle and safe for babies. It’s not about the money but the impact on my child’s well-being. I request that Sebamed addresses this issue urgently and provides a solution, as this product should not cause harm to sensitive skin.
