Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo Caused Redness and Burning on My Face

I’ve been using Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo for a long time without any problems—until now. After opening a recently purchased bottle, both I and my family started experiencing severe allergic reactions. We developed bright red patches and a burning sensation on our faces, foreheads, cheeks, and temples shortly after using the product.

This reaction was completely unexpected, especially since we've used the same product in the past with no issues. That tells me there may be a problem with this specific batch—whether it's a formulation change or a contamination issue, something is definitely not right.

I’m extremely disappointed and concerned, especially given how trusted Sebamed is supposed to be. I demand the company immediately investigate this batch, issue a recall if necessary, and provide a full refund in ₺.
