Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo Caused Burning and Redness

June 24 3:52 PM

I purchased Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo from a Watsons store. I used the product exactly as directed, but by the second use, I experienced an intense burning sensation on my scalp and forehead, and my skin became noticeably red. My spouse used the same shampoo and experienced the same burning and redness. I do not believe this is a normal reaction, and I have also found many reports from other users describing similar experiences.

I stopped using the shampoo immediately, but the fact that it caused this type of skin reaction has left us seriously concerned. We never expected to have this kind of experience with a brand like Sebamed, which we considered trustworthy.

I request that Sebamed thoroughly investigate the shampoo's ingredients and manufacturing process, issue a full refund for the product because of the reaction we experienced, and provide me with a clear written explanation of what may have caused these skin reactions.
