Sebamed Shampoo Triggered Severe Redness on Contact
I purchased Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo for All Hair Types from a Watsons store for a little over $9. Today was the first time I used the product. While I did not notice any problems on my scalp during use, the areas of skin outside my hair that came into contact with the shampoo immediately developed intense burning and severe redness.
I have previously used several Sebamed skincare products without any issues, so I was not expecting this type of reaction from this shampoo. Because of this unpleasant experience, I would like the product to be thoroughly evaluated for its ingredients and any potential allergenic or irritating effects.
I request that Sebamed investigate this product, determine whether there is a possible formulation or quality issue, and provide me with a clear explanation of the findings. I also ask to be informed of any measures taken to help prevent other consumers from experiencing the same problem.
