Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo Burned My Scalp and Face

About one or two weeks ago, I purchased Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo for All Hair Types from Gratis. When I used the product for the first time today, I experienced an intense burning sensation on my scalp. My face also became extremely red and burned in the same way. When I got out of the shower, my face and skin were visibly bright red and felt like they were on fire. This situation made me concerned about my health and caused me to question the product's safety.

I have not gone to a doctor at this time, but it is unacceptable for this type of product to cause such a severe and uncomfortable reaction on the very first use.

I request that Sebamed and Gratis thoroughly investigate this product, issue a refund, and provide me with a clear explanation and an apology regarding this negative experience.
