Sebamed Shampoo Caused Severe Scalp Irritation

The first time I used Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo, it caused severe burning and redness on my scalp. I purchased the product from a Watsons store, and almost immediately after applying it, I felt an intense burning sensation. Shortly afterward, my scalp became noticeably red. The burning and redness are still present, and if the symptoms do not improve, I plan to seek medical attention.
After researching the issue, I found that many other people have reported experiencing similar allergic or irritating reactions to this product. Despite these complaints, the shampoo is still being sold, which raises concerns about whether consumer safety is being taken seriously. I believe the product should be thoroughly investigated to determine whether it contains any ingredient that could be harmful or excessively irritating to the scalp or overall health.
Because of this negative experience, I am requesting a full refund for the product. If the investigation finds that the shampoo contains an ingredient that poses a health risk, I also ask that the appropriate actions be taken, including updating safety warnings or, if necessary, removing the product from the market.
