I purchased Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo, but after the first use, it caused extreme redness and a burning sensation on my face and ears. I was shocked that such a reputable brand could cause such a severe reaction. I decided to give it another try today, and the same issue happened again.

After researching, I was even more surprised to see that many other users have experienced similar problems. This is unacceptable for a product marketed as gentle and safe. I will never use or recommend Sebamed products again unless they address this issue. Sebamed, I urge you to take responsibility and investigate the safety of this shampoo. Customers deserve better.
