Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo Caused Burn-Like Skin Reactions

May 13 10:30 PM

I purchased Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo from Muradı Umut Pharmacy in Van. The first time I used the product, I developed severe redness and an intense burning sensation on my face. Shortly afterward, my skin became so irritated that it looked as though it had suffered burn-like marks. At first, I assumed it might simply be an individual reaction related to my own skin, so I did not immediately suspect the shampoo.

About a month ago, I tried the shampoo twice, and each time I experienced the same severe reaction. Today, my spouse used the same shampoo for the first time and developed similar redness and burn-like skin irritation. After researching the issue, we discovered that the product may be responsible and that other users have reported similar reactions resembling first-degree burns. A product that is marketed as suitable for sensitive skin should not cause this type of severe skin reaction.

We have not yet sought medical attention or filed a formal complaint with either the pharmacy or Sebamed. However, seeing the same reaction occur on both my skin and my spouse's skin has become a serious concern. I request that Sebamed urgently investigate the product's ingredients and safety, conduct the necessary quality and safety reviews to determine whether this product poses a risk to consumers, and provide me with a clear written explanation regarding our experience. If necessary, I am also prepared to pursue this matter through the appropriate regulatory authorities to protect consumer rights.
