Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo Caused Burn-Like Skin Reactions
I purchased Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo from Gratis. The first time I used the product, I experienced severe redness and an intense burning sensation on my face. Shortly afterward, my skin developed burn-like marks and became noticeably irritated. At first, I assumed it was simply an individual reaction related to my own skin, so I did not immediately blame the product.
About a month ago, I tried the shampoo twice, and both times I experienced the exact same reaction. Today, my mother used the same shampoo, and she also developed similar redness and burn-like skin irritation. After researching the issue, we found that the shampoo may be responsible and that it can cause reactions resembling first-degree burns. A product causing this level of skin irritation is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this shampoo to anyone, especially those with sensitive skin.
We have not yet visited a doctor or submitted a formal complaint to either Gratis or Sebamed. However, the fact that both my mother and I experienced the same reaction has become a serious concern. I request that Sebamed urgently investigate the product's ingredients and safety, conduct the necessary quality and safety testing to help prevent similar reactions in other consumers, and provide me with a response explaining the findings and how my complaint will be addressed.
