Despite my cancellation during the Scribd trial period, this application has deducted $11.99 from my credit card account without my knowledge. I double-checked my account to ensure the cancellation was successful, and there was no indication that I was still subscribed. This unexpected charge has caused both financial and emotional stress. I demand a full refund of the $11.99 and the cancellation of any registration or subscription linked to my account, if any. Otherwise, on behalf of myself and other victims who have experienced the same issue, I will take action to report the Scribd application and these unjust charges to judicial authorities, as well as national and international media outlets.
