Scannero Took ₺997.92 from My Account Without Consent After Promising ₺29.71 Fee
I found the Scannero app through Safari while trying to locate my lost Pronet-branded phone. The page clearly stated that the service would cost ₺29.71, which I agreed to. But just one minute after downloading the app, I was shocked to see that ₺997.92 was withdrawn from my account—without any 3D Secure verification or consent.
This is a completely unauthorized and unfair charge. I never agreed to such an amount, and the app made no mention of it upfront. I feel deceived and taken advantage of in a moment of urgency.
Scannero, I demand a full refund of the unauthorized ₺997.92 charge immediately. If this isn’t resolved quickly, I will be forced to report this transaction to the appropriate consumer and financial authorities. This type of billing behavior is unacceptable and unethical.

I registered with the Scannero.io application to find my phone, and for this registration, they charged me a fee of 29.71 lira. Securely with 3D payment, one minute after this transaction, when I checked my account, an extra 997.92 kuruş was withdrawn from my card without my knowledge, I emphasize again, without my permission, and without 3D. Despite sending dozens of emails to the company, they still have not responded. I urgently request the refund of the money they unjustly obtained.
