Check your subscription details
After paying, log in to your Scannero account. In “My Plan,” “Subscription,” or “Billing,” you’ll usually see which features are active: location lookup, report access, number of searches, and the subscription duration.
Look for fine print and notes
The payment page often highlights only the trial price, but the fine print may say that a full paid subscription starts in 24–72 hours. These details are sometimes hidden at the bottom of the page or in the user agreement.
Hidden conditions and automatic charges
Many users report large unexpected charges after the trial ends. This happens because auto-renewal is activated by default and often not clearly explained.
How to verify your plan
• Open “Subscription details” to see the next billing date and amount.
• Contact support and request a full description of features and pricing.
• Ask for written confirmation that no additional charges will occur after cancellation.
If Scannero charges money without clear explanation or failed to disclose all conditions, submit a complaint on Xolvie to help recover your funds and push the company toward transparency.
