Poor Customer Service at Sbarro Metromall by Shift Manager

On December 25, 2024, at 7:25 PM, I visited the Sbarro Pizza branch at Ankara Metromall and experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from the shift manager, Y**** C** Y***. His attitude towards customers was dismissive and disrespectful, completely lacking in courtesy.

When I politely requested an extra ketchup packet, he refused with a mocking tone, making the interaction uncomfortable and unpleasant. Such behavior is damaging to the reputation of a service-oriented establishment.

Ultimately, I returned the items I had purchased, as I no longer felt comfortable supporting this location. This incident has left me disappointed and frustrated. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure better customer experiences in the future.
