Urgent Request For Replacement Of Defective Samsung Television

I purchased a 98-inch Samsung television from Vatan Computer’s online store on March 31, 2026. When the authorized service team arrived for installation, they discovered that the television panel was damaged, despite there being no visible damage to the box. The service personnel recorded in their report that “there was no damage to the packaging; however, the product itself was found to be defective,” and they left without completing the installation. After waiting for some time, I was informed that a replacement had been approved. The authorized service stated that the new unit would be sent to them directly by Samsung, and that the replacement would be carried out once it arrived. However, although I purchased this television approximately two months ago, I have been waiting for nearly one month for the replacement, and the new unit has still not been delivered. During this period, I have contacted Samsung’s customer service line (444 77 11) more than five times. Each time, I was only advised to wait, and no clear information has been provided regarding when the replacement television will be delivered. Considering the significant amount paid for such a large product, it is unacceptable for me to be left without a television for an extended period, without any clear timeline or concrete information. Therefore, I kindly request that the replacement process be completed as soon as possible, and that a brand-new, fully functional television be delivered to me without any further inconvenience.
