Samsung Won't Keep Its Promises, Coffee Machine Not Granted Next to TV


Samsung, once a trusted brand, has left me deeply disappointed. I purchased a TV this year and eagerly selected a coffee machine as part of their promotion, and they confirmed it. However, six months later, I received a call stating they couldn't fulfill the order due to stock issues. to add to the frustration, there's a new coffee machine campaign now. Samsung consistently fails to keep its promises. They don't follow through on their gift campaigns, and the promised Paracard hasn't been loaded. Attempts to contact them result in endless waiting and false assurances of a callback from the solution team. no pracard, no gift, and a complete lack of customer support make Samsung a regretful choice. Think twice before investing in Samsung products – their promises are empty, and their customer service is non-existent.
