Following the one-year decision by the Arbitration Committee, I vehemently expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the Samsung TV replacement (Q60B model) that was sent to me as a substitute. Despite being labeled as a brand-new item, I found that the panel displayed pervasive cloudiness. reaching out via email to our authorized representative, Ms. E***, the response I received indicated that there was no issue to be addressed. I beseech you to reexamine the provided photo and video material and to reflect upon this matter with honesty. Is there any doubt that the TV in question is plagued by evident problems? The image is so severely compromised that it appears as if the screen has been fractured. Since the arrival of the TV, scenes are marred by a distorted top panel emitting a glaring white light, light leakage from the sides, and frequent freezing. Astonishingly, I am told that this TV is perfectly functional. Such a response is disheartening. It leaves me questioning whether genuine customer concerns are being acknowledged and addressed. This experience is deeply disappointing. If my appeal for assistance goes unanswered, I am prepared to resort to legal action for a second time, as I did a year ago. Regrettably, I can no longer endorse Samsung TVs to anyone, given the frustration and lack of resolution I have encountered.
