I am disappointed with my decision to choose Samsung. Even though the product was still under warranty, they insisted on charging for the repair. After using a Siemens washing machine for 20 years, we made the decision to upgrade to a newer model that boasted cutting-edge technology. However, this decision proved to be a regrettable one. Similar to the experience we had with Siemens, our Samsung machine unfortunately experienced a torn gasket within a year of use. To our surprise, the repair cost quoted by Samsung was ₺2000. Starting today, I will no longer purchase any Samsung products. They should be ashamed.
