Think Twice Before Buying A Foldable Phone From Samsung
The protective film over the inside screens of my Samsung Z Fold 5 peeled off right at the center, and bubbles formed over the other parts. I have done nothing other than use my phone as I usually would. I took it to the service center. They said if I could leave my phone for one day, they could change the protective film. When I leave my car at the service center, they fix it within three hours, at the most. Samsung's request to leave my phone for one day for a job that would take 30 minutes at most suggests that they do not want to fix anything. Who can leave their phone for a day while using it for both personal and business purposes? I would think twice before paying a lot of money to Samsung to buy a foldable phone from them.
