Samsung Broke Its Promises About Their Air Conditioner Services

Samsung Antalya Air Conditioner Service causes victimization by making promises and not fulfilling them. On 30.06.2024, I bought a Windfree Premium Plus Air Conditioner from Markantalya Samsung Branch and paid 50 thousand lira in cash. They said that they provided the fastest service during the sale. They said they would deliver on 01.07.2024 and install on 02.07.2024, so I made the purchase without hesitation. While shopping, I stated that I was available for delivery and installation in the evening (as I work as a doctor). They stated that they would call about an hour before delivery and would do the installation in the evening. I was called for delivery on 01.07.2024. They said we are at the door. I told him that I was in the operating room, that they had told me they would call me an hour in advance, and that this attitude put me in a difficult situation. They said delivery will be tomorrow. I talked to the Markantalya store. On 01.07.2024 at 17:49 They said, 'Although the delivery is postponed to the next day, both delivery and installation will be done on the same day, after 16:00 on 02.07.2024, so I can rest assured.' I thanked him and hung up. I called them at 16:00 on 02.07.2024. They said they would ask the service. The service called me and said that you had just received it today, so we couldn't install it today and there was nothing to do, so they closed all the roads. I reached out to the company with a cancellation request. They told me that I was right and that I should be understanding and that it would be appropriate to wait one day. I stated that it was not possible for me to postpone due to my special situation due to my profession, that they should fulfill their promises, and that it would be appropriate for them to expect the same understanding from their services. But they said there was nothing they could do. For two days, I have been suffering from the mentality that disgraced a big company like Samsung as a service in the Antalya region. They convince you of the result, saying they can install it in two days, and when there is a delay, they blame it on you. The service does not care about this situation at all. You are the one who is the victim...
